Description

A MyCITE-Indexed Publication Workshop is an academic writing and publication programme designed to strengthen participants’ ability to prepare high-quality manuscripts for submission to journals indexed in the Malaysian Citation Index (MyCITE). The workshop provides practical guidance on transforming research findings into publishable journal articles while ensuring that manuscripts meet the academic, structural, ethical, and referencing requirements expected by scholarly journals. The workshop typically covers manuscript structure, effective academic writing, development of the literature review and methodology, presentation of findings, discussion of theoretical and practical contributions, and referencing publication ethics. The expected outcome is for participants to produce a submission-ready or substantially completed manuscript targeted at an appropriate MyCITE-indexed journal.

Apply for HRDC Grant Approval – Use the provided documents to submit your HRDC grant application. (Refer to the relevant HRDC code for details.)
Submit Grant Approval – Once approved, email us the approval document to confirm your spot.
You’re All Set! – Only participants with approved HRDC Grant applications can attend the workshop/conference.

For Direct Payment (Non-HRDC) Participants:

Fast & Secure Payment – Simply register and complete your payment via our secure payment gateway.
Instant Confirmation – Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.

Substitution Policy

Can’t make it? You can send a replacement!
Just send us a written request at least four (4) working days before the event—we’ll take care of the rest!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This applies to both HRDC and direct payments.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
If a registered participant does not attend, they will be marked as a no-show, and the approved HRDC grant (if applicable) will still be claimed.
