Description

IIDHEI 2027 is a fully online international innovation showcase that provides a platform for participants to present inventions, innovations, and design projects with measurable impact on education and society. The programme brings together academics, students, educators, innovators, and community partners to showcase innovative solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), societal impact, and future-oriented education. Innovation themes include learning and teaching, digital and technology-enhanced education, community and societal impact, sustainable development and green innovation, STEM, science and technology, social innovation and entrepreneurship, and governance and public service innovation.

Academicians, researchers, postgraduate students, undergraduate students, innovators, community practitioners, TVET educators, industry collaborators, and higher education institutions locally and internationally.

Participants are expected to strengthen their ability to communicate and showcase innovative ideas, demonstrate the educational or societal impact of their projects, gain international exposure, receive recognition for outstanding innovations, expand professional and academic networks, and contribute innovative solutions aligned with sustainable development and future-oriented education.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Easy Registration Process
We’ve made the registration process simple and hassle-free! Choose your preferred payment method and follow these steps:
For HRDC-Claimable Registrations:

Register Online – Complete the registration form with accurate details.
Select “Payment with HRDC” – No prepayment required!
Receive Confirmation – We’ll send an email with an invoice and HRDC supporting documents.
Apply for HRDC Grant Approval – Use the provided documents to submit your HRDC grant application. (Refer to the relevant HRDC code for details.)
Submit Grant Approval – Once approved, email us the approval document to confirm your spot.
You’re All Set! – Only participants with approved HRDC Grant applications can attend the workshop/conference.

For Direct Payment (Non-HRDC) Participants:

Fast & Secure Payment – Simply register and complete your payment via our secure payment gateway.
Instant Confirmation – Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.

Substitution Policy

Can’t make it? You can send a replacement!
Just send us a written request at least four (4) working days before the event—we’ll take care of the rest!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This applies to both HRDC and direct payments.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
If a registered participant does not attend, they will be marked as a no-show, and the approved HRDC grant (if applicable) will still be claimed.
