Description

In this course, participants will be taught on how to make jam, cordial, and dried fruits, based on local fruits. After the hands-on, participants will have the live presentation from the invited speaker on how to commercialise a product. All these from our beloved Dr. Athifah, the founder of the first start-up from UiTM Perlis.

Locals, UiTM students

Participants will acquire skills to prepare jam, cordial, and dried fruits. It will be a fun and compact course as the participants can use the knowledge from the course to prepare for similar products, which can be sold for income generation.

For HRDC-Claimable Registrations:

Receive Confirmation – We’ll send an email with an invoice and HRDC supporting documents.
Apply for HRDC Grant Approval – Use the provided documents to submit your HRDC grant application. (Refer to the relevant HRDC code for details.)
Submit Grant Approval – Once approved, email us the approval document to confirm your spot.
You’re All Set! – Only participants with approved HRDC Grant applications can attend the workshop/conference.

For Direct Payment (Non-HRDC) Participants:

Fast & Secure Payment – Simply register and complete your payment via our secure payment gateway.
Instant Confirmation – Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.

Substitution Policy

Can’t make it? You can send a replacement!
Just send us a written request at least four (4) working days before the event—we’ll take care of the rest!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This applies to both HRDC and direct payments.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
If a registered participant does not attend, they will be marked as a no-show, and the approved HRDC grant (if applicable) will still be claimed.
