Description

This webinar introduces the Halal Supply Chain concept beyond just halal food ingredients. Many companies think halal certification only applies to manufacturing — in reality, certification also covers handling, storage, transportation, packaging, and distribution.

The session explains how halal integrity must be preserved from source → processing → warehousing → logistics → retail delivery. Participants will be exposed to how contamination risks occur in logistics operations (shared transport, cross-mixing, improper storage, documentation failure) and how certification standards manage those risks.

The speaker will also clarify:

Apply for HRDC Grant Approval – Use the provided documents to submit your HRDC grant application. (Refer to the relevant HRDC code for details.)
Submit Grant Approval – Once approved, email us the approval document to confirm your spot.
You’re All Set! – Only participants with approved HRDC Grant applications can attend the workshop/conference.

For Direct Payment (Non-HRDC) Participants:

If a registered participant does not attend, they will be marked as a no-show, and the approved HRDC grant (if applicable) will still be claimed.
